Welcome to the Interlocking Shetland Sheepdog Club Website!
Interlocking Shetland Sheepdog Club (ISSC) is located in the south
Chicago metropolitan area with the majority of our members being
from Illinois and Indiana. Our club is sanctioned by the American
Kennel Club (AKC) and is affiliated with the Shetland Sheepdog
Association (ASSA).
Our members include judges, breeders, dog sport competitors,
trainers, owners, and fans of the breed. We meet in a member's
home or in a public location on a monthly basis and all interested
sheltie enthusiasts are cordially invited to attend our meetings and
events. In addition to our yearly AKC specialty show in April, we hold
a yearly puppy picnic, educational offerings at our club meetings,
seminars, health clinics, and a breeder referral service. Please
navigate through our site using the links to the left for more
information about our club and the sheltie breed.
